We’ve just completed the latest update of our class blog list!<\/p>\n

We’ve maintained our class blog list<\/a> on The Edublogger since 2008. This list is updated twice a year and always proves to be a popular resource.<\/p>\n

Perhaps you’re looking for insights into how other educators use blogs? Maybe you’re seeking lesson inspiration? Or perhaps you’re wanting to make global connections? Our class blog list is a useful starting point.<\/p>\n

In our latest update, we’ve removed blogs that have been deleted, moved, or haven’t been updated in the last 6 months.<\/p>\n

The Class Blog List<\/h3>\n

The complete Edublogger’s class blog list<\/a>\u00a0is embedded below.<\/p>\n

The list is separated into:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Grade<\/strong> or year level, then<\/li>\n
  • Subject<\/strong> areas such as Maths, Science, English, History, etc, or<\/li>\n
  • Type<\/strong> of blog such as library or school news<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The columns on the spreadsheet help you identify:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Class Blog Title<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Country<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Blogging Since — <\/strong>This is the year that the teacher began blogging with students (perhaps not with the same blog they’re currently using)<\/li>\n
    • Blogging Platform<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Student Blogs<\/strong> — Class blogs with individual student blogs are listed as \u201cYes\u201d under this column. Most student blogs can be found on the sidebar of the class blog under the class blog widget<\/em> or student list<\/em>. The platform that student blogs are hosted on is indicated in brackets on the spreadsheet (EB = Edublogs, CP = CampusPress, KB = Kidblog, and SS = Seesaw)<\/li>\n
    • Class Twitter<\/strong> account where applicable<\/li>\n
    • Teacher(s) Name<\/strong> if we have that information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
